Montego Coffee

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Tia Maria
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 6 ounces hot freshly made black coffee
  • lightly whipped double cream
  • ground cinnamon

Warm a brandy glass. Add the Tia Maria and the sugar, then add the hot coffee. Stir. Pour the whipped cream over the back of a spoon onto the top of the coffee and sprinke with cinnamon. Drink through the cream without mixing.
