Cafe Grand Marnier

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Grand Marnier
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 6 ounces hot freshly made black coffee
  • Lightly whipped double cream
  • Slices of thinly sliced orange zest

Warm a brandy glass and add the Grand Marnier with the sugar. Add the hot coffee and give it a good stir. Pour the whipped cream over the back of a spoon onto the coffee and decorate with slivers of organge zest. Drink through the cream without mixing.
