Coffee Colada

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 2 ounces canned coconut cream
  • 8 ounces cold black coffee
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 2 slices of fresh pineapple
  • Crushed ice

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or a cocktail shaker and pour into long glasses. Decorate each with a slice of pineapple.
