Irish Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Irish whiskey
  • 8 ounces hot freshly made black coffee
  • Sugar to taste
  • Double cream

In a long glass, combine the whiskey, coffee and sugar. Pour the cream over the back of a spoon onto the coffee. Drink through the cream.
